Exchange Policy

  1. You may only apply for exchange of the purchased product in the following circumstances:

    1. the product delivered to you is defective and/or damaged upon delivery and you have reported the same within twenty-four (24) hours to us;
    2. the product delivered to you does not match the agreed as stipulated in the order and you have reported the discrepancy within twenty-four (24) hours to us; and
    3. such other circumstances which may be prescribed by MMag Digital Sdn Bhd on the Platform.

  2. In case you discover a damage to the product through reasonable inspection, please contact MMag Digital Sdn Bhd within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please keep the product in the original box and packaging intact and in good order. If, when we examine the product returned to us, it is evident that the damage has arisen because of you have, whether directly or indirectly (a) altered or attempted to alter the product, (b) misused, abused, or fail to provide adequate care to the product, (c) repaired or attempted to repair the product, (d) dropped, damage the product or (e) dealt with or used the product contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, MMag Digital Sdn Bhd will neither replace nor refund any money paid to us and we shall not be liable to you. Our findings are deemed conclusive and binding on you.

  3. MMag Digital Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for discrepancy or damage on delivery where you fail to report within the stipulated timeframe after receipt of the product whereupon you will be deemed to have accepted and waive your right to return the product.

  4. MMag Digital Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace the defective product and refuse the refund of any money paid in respect of the defective product provided that you return the defective product with the original box and packaging intact and in good order.

  5. The product comes with a warranty provided by the manufacturer. After delivery, you must examine the product. If there is a defect in the product, you must contact Kiple Sdn Bhd directly in relation to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. All Goods sold on the Platform is covered under the MMag Digital Sdn Bhd 7 Days Easy Returns or 14 Days Easy Returns depending on the Goods sold (“Return Policy”). Buyer may initiate the returns process by communicating with MMag Digital Sdn Bhd or Seller through the Platform.

  2. Buyer may, by completing the Online Return Form, apply to return the purchased Goods to MMag Digital Sdn bhd or Seller in exchange for a replacement or a refund. Buyer shall ensure that the purchased Goods is returned to MMag Digital Sdn Bhd or Seller within 7 or 14 calendar days from the delivery date, depending on the applicable Return Policy. For avoidance of doubt, the countdown starts from the date the Buyer received the purchased Goods to the post stamp date on the return parcel. In case of damaged Goods, please contact MMag Digital Sdn Bhd or Seller within 48 hours of receiving the delivery to expedite the claim process.

  3. Buyer may only apply for return of the purchased Goods in the following circumstances:

    1. the Goods delivered to Buyer is defective and/or damaged on delivery;
    2. the Goods delivered to Buyer does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong model, colour, etc.) stipulated in the order;
    3. Buyer has a change of mind with regard to the Goods; and
    4. such other circumstances which may be prescribed by MMag Digital Sdn Bhd on the Platform.

  4. Questions and complaints with regards to returns

    1. If you have any questions or complaints, (i) you may either contact the Seller directly via the Platform or (ii) contact MMag Digital Sdn Bhd using the “Contact Us” page on the Platform, as applicable.
    2. In the event that Buyer is unable to resolve any dispute with Seller directly through amicable negotiations, MMag Digital Sdn Bhd reserves the right to suggest and implement an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
    3. Where there is any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or where the Goods fail to correspond with specification, Buyer may apply to return the defective and/or damaged Goods to MMag Digital Sdn bhd or Seller in exchange for a replacement or a refund in accordance with MMag Digital Sdn bhd’s Return Policy of the Conditions above.
    4. As an alternative to returning faulty or damaged Goods in exchange for refund or replacement, a Buyer may request for a repair of such Goods. MMag Digital Sdn Bhd and Seller however is entitled to accept or reject such request, at its own discretion. Such request shall be irrevocable upon MMag Digital Sdn Bhd’s or Seller’s acceptance of the same and the non-conforming Goods (or part thereof) will be repaired as originally ordered. The Buyer may not later elect for a return once MMag Digital Sdn Bhd or Seller has accepted such request.
